Love this MSM,it's form is more crystallized than powdered.
I noticed a difference in my shoulder pain the nxt day and it improved each day.
I started about 1g a day then moved up to about 3g which suited my situation.I'malso taking it with VitC as in Camu Camu which helps the MSM availability.

i think Camu Camu is the best for my Vitamin C i just love it so easy to take and not over powering like some of them can be, it mixes in well with anything.
