Love this MSM,it's form is more crystallized than powdered.
I noticed a difference in my shoulder pain the nxt day and it improved each day.
I started about 1g a day then moved up to about 3g which suited my situation.I'malso taking it with VitC as in Camu Camu which helps the MSM availability.

I've been using it for just over a month

I've been using it for just over a month, 1 teaspoon a day in juice, ACV or 5ml colloidal silver and have notice subtle improvements, especially skin growths and bruising (approaching mid 70s). It works according to your body's needs, abilities, health status, dosage, application methods, and so on. The variables are many and I expect a slow gradual improvement which may or may not speed up as health improves. Have noticed my attitude to life has improved, which may be a direct or indirect effect. Very happy with current progress.

DMSO has stopped my daughters cold sore before it took hold, one day I could not loft my arm as I have tears in my shoulder I had applied DMSO after my shower but was still in terrible pain my daughter re Applied it for me and I was out pegging the washing out without pain straight after.
